Implementasi Kinerja Karyawan Terhadap Risiko Operasional pada Bank BSI di Banyuwangi

This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of employee performance at Bank BSI Banyuwangi in carrying out daily operations. (2) the implementation of employee performance in operational risk management at Bank BSI Banyuwangi. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study of several BSI branch offices through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman (1994) model, which includes data reduction, presentation, and verification. Data validity was ensured through triangulation of various sources. The results indicate that employee performance at BSI Banyuwangi plays a crucial role in operational effectiveness and risk management. Discipline, procedural compliance, and risk awareness, supported by training, motivation, and regular evaluations, can create a proactive work culture that minimizes potential losses and increases bank efficiency.
