Ani Baby School and Day Care is a childcare center with a nature-based school theme. The center accepts children starting from three months of age. All activities carried out by the children are reported daily by Mrs. Ani. However, there was an incident when Mrs. Ani’s mobile phone was damaged and all activity documentation was lost. This resulted in the loss of important data related to the children’s development. Therefore, a storage medium is needed that no longer relies on limited local storage but instead uses cloud technology. On the other hand, the learning approach implemented at Ani Baby School and Day Care follows the guideline “Playing and Learning with Nature,” encouraging children to play with simple and recycled materials. It would be beneficial to provide indoor facilities to further support children’s learning activities. Thus, the objective of this community service project is to develop a cloud-based application for storing activity documentation and to provide tangible fixed assets that support learning. The evaluation results show that this community service activity has had a positive impact on the children, as evidenced by increased learning motivation and improved sensorimotor skills, in line with the initial objectives of the program, as well as the implementation of science and technology for the partner institution.
