Cassava has enormous potential in Tapus Village, but its use is limited to selling it raw at a low price. This situation shows that the added value of local commodities has not been optimally developed and that women's economic empowerment at the village level is limited. The goal of this empowerment activity is to diversify cassava products by processing them into chips to increase their selling price. The method used is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) with the stages of Discovery, Dream, Design, Destiny, and Reflection, which are carried out in a participatory manner. The results of the training show an increase in technical production skills, a basic understanding of entrepreneurship, and a change in the mindset of participants from selling raw materials to developing processed products with higher selling value. Processing cassava into chips also extends the shelf life of the product and opens up opportunities for home-based micro-businesses. Overall, this training was effective in encouraging commodity diversification, increasing added value, and strengthening the economic role of women. The sustainability of the program requires continued assistance in product innovation and marketing so that the business can develop sustainably.
