The development of social values and character in elementary school children is essential for early personality formation. However, children’s understanding of social values such as empathy, cooperation, and responsibility still needs improvement through engaging learning methods appropriate to their developmental stage. This community service activity aimed to implement an educational storytelling safari as a medium for instilling social values and character in elementary school children assisted by Yatim Mandiri in Blitar City. The implementation used a participatory approach consisting of preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. Activities were conducted through interactive storytelling combined with discussions and educational games to reinforce participants’ understanding. The results indicated increased participation, enthusiasm, and comprehension of character values, including honesty, empathy, responsibility, and cooperation. Children were able to recall moral messages and demonstrate positive behavior during the activities.
