Abstract

Early childhood education is greatly influenced by parental involvement in nurturing and learning at home. Eco-parenting is a parenting approach that instills environmental awareness from an early age. This community service activity aims to enhance parents' understanding of eco-parenting as well as their role in fostering learning motivation in young children in Bangsongan Village, Kayen Kidul Subdistrict, Kediri Regency. The method used is Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) through educational seminars and interactive discussions involving active parental participation. Data were collected through participatory observation and analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of the activity indicate an increase in parents' understanding and awareness of environmentally friendly parenting, although there are still limitations in time and resources in its implementation. This activity contributes to strengthening parents' capacity and encouraging sustainable early childhood parenting.
