Peningkatan Kapasitas BPD Desa Asam Jawa Sebagai Upaya Menjadikan Organisasi yang Lebih Efektif

Abstract

The BPD of Asam Jawa Village is a human resource of Torgamba District whose position is quite crucial in implementing the needs of Asam Jawa Village. The purpose of this community service is to Increase the Capacity of the BPD of Asam Jawa Village as an Effort to Make the Organization more effective. The method used is Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). It can be concluded that developing the capabilities of Village Consultative Body (BPD) members is a crucial need to ensure efficient and effective village management. The strategies implemented include the problem identification stage, namely seeing how the BPD understands regulations, how to communicate and prepare modules. The workshop stage is an understanding of the latest rules and practices on how to evaluate reports, the next stage is mentoring by providing a group discussion space in problem solving and drafting village policies, and the final stage is evaluation and reporting, namely preparing sustainability recommendations for the Torgamba District government.
