Home gardens have great potential as a space that can be used for various purposes, which can support the food and health needs of families. This community service activity was carried out because the use of land around homes in Linduk Village, Serang, Banten is not optimal for growing Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA), despite the high demand for affordable and natural home remedies. The main objective of this program is to assist the community by providing sufficient explanation and training on how to recognize, plant, and process TOGA. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involves residents in planning, carrying out actions, observing, and reflecting on the results. The results show that the knowledge and skills of residents have increased significantly. Significantly, the diversity and number of TOGA plants planted have also increased, such as ginger, turmeric, betel, and galangal. The community is now able to process these plants into simple herbal products for primary health care, thus realizing sustainable family health independence.
