This community service was carried out against the background of the importance of parental education in providing attention, motivation and positive interaction for the effectiveness of Early Childhood Teaching and Learning Activities. Hery Y.S (2017) stated that the role of parents can actually increase the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities. The existence of well-planned psychological assistance activities is highly recommended. It is hoped that what has been done by teachers at school can be continued by parents in the family environment, so that children's development is more optimal, because the span of time children with parents and family is longer when compared to when at school. To achieve the goal of community service, psychological assistance for parents. Before the assistance was carried out, many parents still did not understand the importance of attention, motivation and positive interaction of parents to the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities in early childhood. The methods used were lectures, discussions, and role playing. The results of psychological assistance activities for parents or guardians of early childhood students were proven to increase interactions between children and parents, optimize child growth and development, and increase the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities in schools.
