The Parcel Cinta Action Program, initiated by the Rombong Sedekah Jombang community, aims to enhance public participation in social activities by distributing aid packages to underprivileged communities. This community service project was carried out using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which actively involves both partners and local residents in all stages of the program—from planning to evaluation. The implementation methods included observation, interviews, social program management training, and the use of digital media for fundraising and publicity. The results showed a significant increase in community participation, rising from 40% to 75%, along with growth in volunteer numbers and the expansion of aid distribution to five districts in East Java. The program also contributed to accelerating recovery in disaster-affected areas and fostered sustainable community empowerment. In addition to Parcel Cinta, the initiative also supported other social programs such as gallon water endowments and donations for orphans. These findings highlight the importance of education, transparency, and digital communication strategies in strengthening social collaboration and building collective awareness.
